McLeary's
ultimate goal is to create a happy and loyal customer. To live
up to this goal, we strive to
offer the best possible service with the guaranteed lowest price
in B.C.. McLeary's will beat any competitors price by 10%. To do
this we have to adhere to our store policies which are put into
place to protect our customer and our store. McLeary's and Sofa
Gallery operate on "just in time" inventory, this means we use
our suppliers as our warehouse and because of this, our
refund/return policy is directly correlated with that of the
supplier. We do however offer in-store credits and/or exchanges.
Floor model and demo units (discounted items) are sold as is !
All sales are final on floor samples, as other products are in
stock and ready to be placed in the vacated area. Our overhead
is very low compared to larger stores and our volume is high,
this allows us to pass the savings on to you!

and we offer no pressure sales. We also understand that you may
find it difficult choosing a new mattress after just lying on it
for a short period of time. That is why we have introduced our
patented DormoDiagnostics computerized sleep machine, using
today's technology, to offer you a complimentary body profile
while you are in the store or online. Your body profile is a
very good tool to help you find the just right mattress for you.
If you have a partner....the machine will calculate the best
blended fit for both of you. Along with the body profile,
McLeary's offers you a sleep guarantee for 90 days/nights after
your purchase. That's three months ! If at any time you feel the
sleep set you invested in is too firm, too soft or just doesn't
feel right, you have the option of repicking a new mattress (one
time only), hassle free, in exchange for the original mattress
you purchased.

based
on the value of the original purchase price.

At McLeary's, we offer everyday low
prices, not the over inflated prices you see at department
stores or big box stores. We never have gimmicky 50% off sales,
where is the credibility in this? We just offer our customer's
the lowest price possible on comparable merchandise. If you find
a better price elsewhere, we will be happy to beat that price by
10%. This guarantee is in place not just before you purchase,
but a full 90 nights after as well!
Recycling of your old mattress to
charities
At McLeary's, we offer free delivery and
setup of your new mattress set (valley wide). We also offer free
removal of your old set (if you wish). Your old set will either
go to a charitable organization or for badly worn mattresses we
will take them to the landfill for recycling.
